Ratan Tata, the most renowned and respected industrialist, humanist, philanthropists
and nationalist of India departed for heavenly abode at the age of 86 years. This
book is a small tribute to the legend to mourn his death in poetic form. His
exemplary works and dedication will always inspire millions of Indians to work
for a better new India, world. Ratan Tata was one of the best friends of Assam
and we the people of Assam is indebted to him. In addition to establishing one
cancer hospital in in each district of Assam, he started in Assam one of the biggest
semiconductor factories. It is impossible to write about such a tall legendary figure
in few pages, yet I hope people may love and join me in appreciating Ratan Tata
and his contribution to India, world and humanity.
